My coccyx is really really painful, can you help?

My coccyx is really really painful, it has a small hard lump and is very painful? Its very red and feels inflamed, and swollen, also it has a yellow head on it, Its painful to walk, sit or stand, basically all the time, what do you think it is? and what treatment shall I use, I've recently been using germaline.

Should I ask for another x-ray?

Why is there no ISO file when I download a psp game?

it has no ISO or CSO file in it. It always shows a folder which is named 'PSP GAME' then inside that folder are the icons of the game and its system directory and USR directory (I don't know what USR means). It is like the folder contains all the files inside the game. Also, besides the folder, there is a 'UMD data' in 'BIN file' (I also don't know what BIN means) and it can't be open because it shows that I don't have the program to run it.

I think the facial steamer may be too harsh for your skin, might make things worse. Something wrong with my stomach?

Ok so in April i went to the hospital to get my apendix removed and went home all fine. After two weeks i started having more pain in my right side so i went back to the hospital and they took a catscan and they just said i had something inflamed and gave me some pills to take.3 days later i stopped eating and lost like 20 pounds then i went back to the ER and stayed there for days then went home they gave me a appointment to go to in a week, Yesterday was that appoinment and they did a ultrasound and they found a black ballish thing in my right side. they sent me home telling my mom they would call her today and tell what it is. They havent called yet. does anyone know what this thing could be? I just wanna know im nervous and scared so yea please answer quick. Thanks Alot!
