Help required! -Temporary filling, and tooth pain... NOW gum pain? HELP!?

Oh my dear, it sounds like you have an abscess... your tooth is dying/dead, you need a root canal or to have the tooth pulled out. Also, antibiotics to take the infection away. Sorry about your luck =(
