How do i delete my iso/cso games from my psp?

I have a psp 3001 and it's version is 6.35 PRO now i'm confused i have 3 games in my memory stick and i want to delete 2 of them when i connect it to the usb cable and open the iso folder it shows only 1 game. plz help...
