When i try to put iso on my psp mem stick is says, cannot read from source file or disk? why?!!!?

I took a game off the card, then tried to put it back on and it trasnfered 100mb but then stopped and said it could not write or read. so I tried other iso and cso and the same thing happened. any ideas?
