How can i get my sleep schedule back?

Take benadryl or some natural sleep aids like melatonin at about 10:30 pm. Benadryl has a common side affect of making you sleepy. Also force yourself to stay awake, like go out and do something so you can't fall asleep. Maybe take an hour or 2 hour nap (set your alarm) during the day until you get back on track.
