My dad's anger problems?

My Dad has anger problems I mean its just verbally but he gets really mad at the littlest of things like for the past couple of days I've gotten yelled at for being concerned about things like for example on monday we had a big storm that knocked our power out and of course you don't know what's going on with the weather and my older brother who was already awake I went and got him and I'm terrified of storms,tornadoes and stuff and I got yelled at for waking him up cause my dad claims he knows what's going on with the weather but He doesn't and then just lastnight my older brother came home 2 hours late and I asked my mom if He had texted her about being late and she got up and we waited and he finally came home but my dad yelled at me for keeping my mom up and I was in tears cause He wouldn't stop going on about it You would think you would want to be awake when your child is missing but whatever and then He apologized twice but the first time I could tell He didn't mean it and then the 2nd time he gave his explanation on how he was still right but he's not and the any other time you would spill something or drop something and it makes him so angry I'm tired of this were a strong Christian family and my dad tells me I should not be scared at all because We know God will take care of it but we all still have fears and get scared were not perfect. and My mom tells him to stop but it doesn't matter cause he just gets frustrated and rolls his eyes and He won't ever listen to My brother's or My side of the story He just thinks he's right about everything. anyway I'm a girl that's 14 and tired of this!!
