Can a MARSOC CSO join Delta/CAG?

I'm a corporal in the Marines right now and I'm considering trying out for MARSOC. The other day I was talking to the MARSOC recruiter and he told me that if I want to take on an even bigger challenge once I get to MARSOC I can try out for Delta/CAG. Is the just a recruiter selling me lies or is there any truth to this? Does anyone know the answer to this or can anyone point me in the direction of a reliable source that may know?
