Why is there no ISO file when I download a psp game?

it has no ISO or CSO file in it. It always shows a folder which is named 'PSP GAME' then inside that folder are the icons of the game and its system directory and USR directory (I don't know what USR means). It is like the folder contains all the files inside the game. Also, besides the folder, there is a 'UMD data' in 'BIN file' (I also don't know what BIN means) and it can't be open because it shows that I don't have the program to run it.

Something wrong with my stomach?

Ok so in April i went to the hospital to get my apendix removed and went home all fine. After two weeks i started having more pain in my right side so i went back to the hospital and they took a catscan and they just said i had something inflamed and gave me some pills to take.3 days later i stopped eating and lost like 20 pounds then i went back to the ER and stayed there for days then went home they gave me a appointment to go to in a week, Yesterday was that appoinment and they did a ultrasound and they found a black ballish thing in my right side. they sent me home telling my mom they would call her today and tell what it is. They havent called yet. does anyone know what this thing could be? I just wanna know im nervous and scared so yea please answer quick. Thanks Alot!

Crisis Core FF PSP frame rate problem?

I have a PSP 3000 ver. 6.20 TN-C. I use Prometheus Iso Loader 0.1 and when i play crisis core, the frame rate is really poor, especially when in fights where there are a lot of enemies and some power surges. If anyone knows how to fix this, please help me. And BTW, the game is under .cso format.

Well, I am 13 years old and have to have an endoscopy procedure done in about 3 weeks. I am terrified of going 'under'... I was just wondering if you can dream when you are under. And if you have any sense of time.. I have done a little 'research' and people are saying it feels like you go under and then immediately are awoken. Will that be in the same effect if the procedure is 15 to 30 mintues? Also, I had to be put under when I was about 5 for a cat scan. If I didn't get sick (throw up) after awakening then, does that mean I have a good chance of not getting sick this time? Does everyone get sick? My Pelonis space heater shorted out and caused a fire. Do I have a case?

My Pelonis ceramic space heater caused a fire in my family room. I'm so glad we were home and awake! The heater was off but still plugged in. Honestly during the winter it's a permanent fixture in that room because it gets so cold. We do turn it off but typically do not unplug it. The other morning I heard what sounded like a cell phone vibrating, very loudly I might add. The next thing I new I heard my husband screaming "fire, fire, fire....He's your typical goof ball...so I figured he's goofing off with the kids...I turned around and looked into the family room and saw he was serious. There was a fire up the wall and behind the chair. He was able to get the fire out on his own however there was some damage. The plug on the heater shorted out (actually melted in the outlet). We did get an estimate for the damages and it's just over 8,000.00. We do have home owners insurance but I'm curious to know if it's worth the time and effort to try to have the manufacturer of the heater pay for the damages. It could have been a lot worse had we not been home and/or asleep but if this could be faulty manufacturing I don't think it's fair we are stuck with a large deductible.

Throat pains/tonsil? sickness?

A couple days ago at night I had a bad headache, so I just took a shower and went to bed hoping it would go away, but it was still merely there. I woke up the next morning with the worst headache I've ever had i got up at 8am, took two Advil and it faded away just a tad and i went back to bed. i woke up few hours later and it was just as bad. my body ached i was having cold and hot flashes and its in the middle of summer, i lied down in the living room later that day under a blanket everyone else was claiming to be burnin up so i took my temp. at it was 102, so i went to bed no covers tryin to cool off and feel better but the feelin wouldnt shake i couldnt sleep it was horrible my headache or migrane killed me, i even took two ibuprofens and it did nothing. but i woke up yesterday and i felt almost better, but my throat ached like i had slept with my mouth open facing a heater and i couldn't swallow without it hurting and my tonsils were inflamed. today it just got worse its painful to drink water, but there is a pump on my left tonsil that is a faded white color and i can just be sitting here at the computer eating or drinking nothing,not swallowing and it will have random spurts of pain. please help me with information and what to do

happened over two years ago, i was awoken by a twiching feling in my head, called the nhs direct line and was told im dehydrated, i started gulping water down, thinking im dehydrated, relating the twiching feeling to the increasing head pains that occured as a result of excessive water consumption which lasted for weeks, i had all the symptoms of hyponatremia. returning to the hospital several times a day only to be told i wasnt suffering with anyone, had tests done, but i strongly disagree. the hospital staff just dont care at all, they were unprofessional and very cruel. after weeks of drinking excessive water, i believe i suffered a heart ache, again i believe i had all the symptoms of a it. again, only to be told theres nothing wrong. ever since then my life has very hard to live, my gp doesnt care about my concerns, feels like theyre all over protective of each other. I don't know if this is the "correct answer", but here's what I'd do. I wouldn't use a razor (ouch!), but I'd gently scrape over it with my nail until it's open. Then I would squeeze it (still being gentle - you won't want to go too far with it). Make sure most of it is out and certainly stop squeezing before it starts to bleed. Then, leave it alone! I have a psychiatric question. The symptoms are like this: hearing voices telling you what to say or do. It's happened since childhood. I've not tried it because I don't support piracy (not taking a moral superiority here) but if you can get them to work and get them on PSN there's probably a very low likeliness that you will get caught and/or banned. If you really are concerned, though, just make a new PSN with false info that is used for games such as these. You can have up to 5 PSN sign-ins per console.

I'm a 14 year old girl who just came back from Vietnam. The night I came home I didn't sleep at all. Then next day I slept from. 5pm -10 pm. The day after that I slept from 8pm- 12am then 2am- 4am & 4am- 7:40am. That night I only slept for 1 hour and have been awake for almost 48 hours. Usually I sleep for 10 hours. Knee and Achilles Tendon Pain?

I've had this knee pain since September and basically it's like 1/2 inch below my knee caps, I went to the doctor for it in around October and the doctor said it was just inflamed from soccer practice. However, I've had to live with this pain for a long time, sometimes it hurts constantly but it's basically always there. Then, about a month ago my Achilles tendon has started to hurt, and it hurts to walk even now, I try to stretch it out but to no avail. I told my dad he says it's nothing but I'm starting to get worried as soccer season comes around in a few months and I don't want to have knee pain and Achilles tendon pain.

I had a small blowout stretching from 12g to 10g, what should I do?

should I size down and let them heal again? both ears seem to be slightly irritated, my right ear has some pus in it and is swollen a lot more, but doesn't have a blowout, and my left one appears to be clean and not as inflamed but it's the one that had some skin on the back, indicating a blowout. so I'm a little bit confused. Excruciating toothache. Relief?

Already been to doctor. Was referred to oral surgeon who can't see me for two more weeks. Need four teeth extracted. One is abscessed and has had me in EXTEME pain for almost two days. I have been awake for 35 hours. Pain killers, ibuprofen...nothing helps. Only relief ive had is by putting ice on the problem tooth, but the pain returns with a vengeance within 10 seconds of ice melting, so I can't sleep. Any ideas? I'm losing my mind.

How often are AF aircrews deployed/go on TDY, specifically KC's, C-17's or C-5's, just heavies?

my son a staff sergent in the air force works on the flight line is deployed every six months if not more often and is gone from anywhere from 45 to 65 days. so if your going to be a pilot then your going to be deployed alot.

I agree with the first person, coffee ground looking stool is a GI bleed, usually a upper. When it looks like that it usually means it has been going on for awhile (8 hours) so you may have had this bleeding for at least 8 hours! This can be dangerous. It is something we pick people up for alot in the ambulance, and I would advise you to go to the ER now!

Something at the base of my neck in my throat! Help!?

I'm in pain. Actually it doesn't hurt...but in mental pain.I'm in fear that that thing-don't know what-feels like some clump at that little base of your neck that is indented a bit, but on the inside, maybe in my windpipe maybe in the food pipe. I can always feel it and have had it for a few days. I fear that it'll block my breathing while I sleep or awake!! Swallowing or drinking water doesn't get rid of it, and I find myself holding my neck forward to reduce the feeling. At the best it's just annoying...but often I start getting paranoid. How do I get rid of it! I don't want to die!

So when I went to sleep on 6/27/2011 I went to sleep and dreamed that I was just sitting in my room staring at my closet. I know that it has nothing to do with being gay because im the farthest thing from it and right after that phase of the dream I was having sex with a girl that I was rather attracted to. But they were different from my normal dreams. They were more real. Like after the sex scene I was walking with a friend and I saw this girl who lived in las vegas nevada. But she was walking in my hometown in Ohio. the next morning she posted a status saying she was on a flight to Ohio for 2 weeks. But apparantly she was just kidding. Its just odd that she even joked about coming here. as if its on her mind. and its also in my dreams ? But the next night (which is tonite) I remember directly before I entered my deep sleep I remembered having a little nap. But in this nap I litterally CREATED MY DREAM. Like everything that happened. I thought it up and it just started to happen. Like I was walking through a town of all wooden houses because I like wooden houses. and I picked up a saumari helmet and I wanted to get hit in the head with a chinese throwing star. and I did right after I thought about it. So am I creating ? or am I predicting ? But anyway Once I entered my deep sleep I dreamed that someone was knocking on my garage door for some odd reason late at night. (notice both me dreams the past 2 nights have taken place mostly at home. I usually never have dreams at home. So anyway back to my dream. I went downstairs to let whoever in. I opened the garage door and I seen nobody.. so went to my front door. and It was open. I got really scared cause this dream seemed also very real. When I got inside I found one of my friends named James In my living room. He told me he was piss drunk and needed a place to stay. In real life ohio. School has just let out. and James has actually been doing much partying (when I always wished hed come to football practice instead). so I let him sleep. but than if i remember correctly James was having trouble with something. I heard him from my room upstairs. It had to be something very loud for me to hear it. But when I went downstairs he was gone. Than I was for some reason riding in the car with my parents and they were talking to me about james. than we randomly stopped and looked at a group of kids coming out of a church who were extremely intoxicated. The kids that I seen have been doing alot of partying in real life due to their graduation and they were successful track athletes. So that was predictable I guess. So that diddnt bug me that much other than it was a wierd dream. But when I woke up from the dream. I was awoken to my laptop being on even though it was off when I went to sleep. and a song was playing on youtube. what could of made it play ? it wasnt on repeat or loop or anything because after I woke up the song was almost over and than it stopped playing. I right away got onto this because this is just getting insane. Does anybody know how to intensify their dreams even more ? I need to do this more often to find out whats going on. Hi, recently my school had a student who had TB. Many people at our school had to be checked for exposure to TB and some who were positive had to go and get an X-ray. I rarely see the kid at my school but a close friend of mine turned out positive. I didn't have to take the shot, and I've been told by my dad that I had already taken the shot for TB when I was a kid. However, recently I developed a dry cough and fever, and my throat feels inflamed. I took it as an infection and started taking antibiotics and cough syrup. I'm not really worried but should I go see a doctor about it and mention the case about the TB exposure at my school?

I just had a dream that I was in my bedroom asleep in bed, only to wake up to extreme screaming inside head?

I remember thinking "This is it, I've finally gone crazy, my family history caught up to me and this is it" (I have a bad family history) and I jumped off my bed in terror and curled into a ball on the floor in front of my bed before calling out for my husband and clinging to my head in pain/terror, I could also vaguely hear him answering as if the screaming in my head was drowning it out. I've never used any drugs before, but I have been having some sleep problems. I can only get like 3-5 hours of sleep. Going to bed isn't a problem, but I end up waking in the middle of the night and cant fall back asleep. This happens way too often. I try to stay awake if I can't fall back sleep before 5 am, but that doesn't work sometimes. Nyquil helps, but I sleep way too long with that. I just need 8 hours of sleep. Can weed help? If I use it do I have to constantly use it? Can I use it just once to fix it? Thanks. Also, how how do I use weed without having the smell?

I went to the doctor during May, was diagnosed with an ear infection..but a week later the pain was still there so i went back, this time i was seen by a diff doc who checked my nostrils and said they were really inflamed but the ear wasnt infected anymore..so he said i probably have allergies and yr round hayfever (which i already know) as i get all the usual symptoms with it, but my ears have started getting really sore again..they constantly feel blocked and pressurized and sore..any ideas? thanks

Skin tags/moles, one new one appeared, one fell off. Cancer?

Hi. I have chronic Lyme, and unfortunately am too electrosensitive & chemically sensitive to go anywhere, so I haven't been to a doc in like 6 months. I'm 26 and last year, around this time, a spot on my shin got very itchy & a skin tag grew there, literally overnight. My dermatologist told me not to worry. But then, last week, a mole that has been on my arm for my entire life got itchy, turned black & came off when I scratched it. It's not re-pigmenting. There's a bump left there; a scar that's bigger than the mole was. I scar very easily now. Even my bug bites turn into scars, even when I don't scratch them. I'm hoping that that, as well as the loss & gain of moles/skin tags are related to the Lyme & not cancer-related. My dad says he develops new skin tags all the time, but he's never had any moles just get inflamed & fall off. And yes, the one that came off is still itchy, but not painful.

Tony Hawk's Underground 2 Remix ISO/CSO Problem?

I have a PSP Go running Pro CFW B6 on 6.39. I soft modded it because THUG2 wasn't on the PSN store. Since I have the UMD version I have legal rights to download an ISO version, so I did. The ISO loads up, but once it gets past the opening movie it crashes and my PSP turns off. All the other ISO games I've tried have worked, but this one hasn't. Is there any type of patch or solution?

Take some ibuprofen. It will help the pain and swelling all over. Put ice on your back and shoulders for the swelling. If the muscles hurt later, try heat. And your feet? All I can say is stay off of them and don't wear shoes if you can help it-that happened to me when I wore 5" heels for too long at my Grandma's funeral, and my feet didn't feel back to normal for like, a week. I could stand better after a few days though. Oh, and elevate your feet if they swell. Hope I helped.

What is this red itchy rash thats been spreading over my body for 3 days?

Over the past 3 days I have had a rash thats been spreading. It started off as two little bumps on my lower back and now has spread down my butt following the crack. Its an inflamed, raised rash that is red and incredibly itchy. I have no clue what it is after looking online and nothing I've tried has worked. Also, just today, I've noticed little splotches of the same looking rash appearing on separated parts of my body. "early birds" have most energy in the morning. if you're awake and hyper in the afternoon, that's when you reach the peak of your energy, and you're very active. don't worry.. most people, including me, hate mornings and are active in the afternoon at night! that's why even if you don't get much sleep in a day, you're still awake and active the following night! it's all about your energy sweetie. totally normal. Well, you really overdid it today didn't you. I think that the combination of the 30 pound backpack (which gave you an extreme workout) along with the whipping around on the rides, really beat you up today. There are some soaks at the store (Walmart) that are for joint pain. I would take a nice warm or hot bath and just soak yourself. You will be even more soar tomorrow if you can even believe that. For your feet the soak should help with that too but you can get a zip lock bag n fill it with ice and wrap it in a towel and put it on the floor and put your feet on it. I know that you are feeling bad but I think you just had an extreme workout for the day. Hope you feel better soon. You probably lost like 5 pounds today!!!

Does packing a cavity of a painfull tooth hurt?

I have a cavity that in honesty I should have had fixed a while ago but now I have cracked the tooth a little and my gum is inflamed. I have a dentist appointment on Tue but the pain is almost too much to take. A family friend (who has had his fair share of tooth problems) suggested I pack the cavity with salt and kill the nerve. The thing is, when it comes to teeth, I have such an unbelievably low threshold for pain, he say's it wont hurt but I can't think how it couldn't plus I think he is just trying to get me to do it. i am using prome-4...i have format my psp but it still lag...i have change the clock xmb and game to default and 333/166 but it still same... i also had change iso video amout to m33 driver and sony np9660 but it still same... can anyone help me how to solve this problem...my memory card is not fake.i'am sure about it..

Shaving rash on legs?

This morning i shaved my legs with a disposable razor and just water, no soap. i didnt think it would be a big deal and nothing would happen but after i shaved, i got red bumps all over my shins that inflamed and i got red razor bumps all over my legs. they hurt sooo bad and burn and they are veryy dry now. i cant put lotion on because it burns even more. i just want them to go awayy they hurt so much! helppp how can i get rid of them or make them not hurtt?

Inflamed Gums Help?!?

I have braces and i wear headgear at night causing me to breathe with my mouth open at night and that's the main reason my gums are inflamed. I have been brushing my gums and flossing them and it is working and I also use Listerine. Does anyone know how long it would take if really tried hard cleaning my gums 3 times a day so i can go to the orthodontist and they wont make any comments?

Hi i have had a kind of lock jaw for way over a year now..but over the past 2 weeks i have had constant popping/cracking and it feels like i have pulled something in my jaw. I went to the dentist because it was incredibly sore when the joint popped back and forward. So he said it sounded like it is inflamed and to take ibuprofen for a week and a half and heat packs and then to come back if it hasn't settled..i am in agony it seems like it is getting worse..it hurts so much to eat now and it hurts to swallow or move my mouth at all, is it possible to damage muscle in one side of your jaw? And about 2 minutes ago it just made a really loud crack, like bones crunching together, it's so disguisting!

Take benadryl or some natural sleep aids like melatonin at about 10:30 pm. Benadryl has a common side affect of making you sleepy. What is this hard lump?

i got an ingrown hair and it would pus and ew and nasty. i would drain it but it would come back. now its become a hard ball of ew. i finally found and plucked this hair out of it,the hair that caused the infection which was sickly long.. Poison oak on leg- how serious?

I got poison oak on my leg (weirdly enough, the cut was there for like a week and only after I decided to pick the scab on a whim did it get inflamed). It was pretty swollen and inflamed and it was weeping real bad, but it's not weeping so bad at all anymore- hardly at all. But it's real itchy and I'm putting bleach on it, hair drying it, and I'm on prednisone, allegra and one more (hydrox-something). Anyway, this is like the third day of itchiness, maybe the fourth. Gum around wisdom tooth torn?

My bottom right wisdom tooth is coming in and the gum in between it and one of my molars is slightly torn and created a very small flap. I cleaned my tooth last night and most of the gum isn't inflamed anymore and stopped bleeding. Is this normal? Will it heal by itself?
