Dream or reality??? ?

So after months of practicing lucid dreaming I finally had one... ( lucid dreaming is when you dream that your awake and you have the dream in first person, unaware your sleeping) ..... Well the prob is I fell asleep in my lucid dream and went to my computer,,, I don't know if this is part of my dream or if this question is in real life? Please help this is a very weird feeling, it's also scary !!!
