How unhealthy is this and what can I do to fix it?

I'm a 14 year old girl who just came back from Vietnam. The night I came home I didn't sleep at all. Then next day I slept from. 5pm -10 pm. The day after that I slept from 8pm- 12am then 2am- 4am & 4am- 7:40am. That night I only slept for 1 hour and have been awake for almost 48 hours. Usually I sleep for 10 hours. Is this common when you have jet leg? Is my jet lag going away?
