Am I the only person who has the tendency to inflame when programs on the computer do not work?

I am slowly learning to relax but seriously, does it not just drive you insane when it takes you 30 minutes to move that silly little line or you click on the button to make something go "red" and it goes "blue" or nothing happens at all.
