I've got an inflamed whitehead on my upper lip. What's the best way to get rid of it fast?

I don't know if this is the "correct answer", but here's what I'd do. I wouldn't use a razor (ouch!), but I'd gently scrape over it with my nail until it's open. Then I would squeeze it (still being gentle - you won't want to go too far with it). Make sure most of it is out and certainly stop squeezing before it starts to bleed. Then, leave it alone! And every half an hour, apply tea tree oil. Tea tree has anti-bacterical and healing properties. Hope this sorta solves your problem.
