Does deep acne scar ever disappear completely?

I've been popping my acne, and I got like the inflamed ones with lots of blood and pus, so when my acne goes away I'll probably have deep acne scars. Is there any way to make them disapear completely? Not just lighten the area but also make it smooth and flat, or is never going to happen? And if there is a way how do I get rid of it?
